Dr. Tulshidas Baliram Bastewad, Ph.D. (Agricultural Engineering) with specialization in Farm Power and Machinery (First Class with Distinction), is a highly accomplished academic and researcher with over 27 years of experience in teaching, research, extension, testing, and training. He currently serves as Professor and Principal Investigator at ICAR-AICRP on Farm Implements and Machinery, Dr. Annasaheb Shinde College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, MPKV Rahuri, Maharashtra.
Dr. Bastewad has guided 4 Ph.D. and 7 M.Tech. scholars as a Major Advisor and served on 12 advisory committees. He has published over 30 technical research papers, 35 scientific articles, 19 extension booklets, and delivered more than 70 expert lectures. He is also actively associated with national bodies like AIMA, ICCAA, Maharashtra Agro-Industries Development Corporation, and SLTC, and serves on the editorial board of the Glacier Journal of Scientific Research.
