Program Coordinator
Aishwarya Wankhade is a Computer Engineer, Program Coordinator of SAILi (Sustainable Agriculture Integrated Livelihood Institute), and is actively involved in its project implementation and community-focused initiatives. Since SAILi’s inception, she has contributed to its work across climate adaptation, sustainable agriculture, women’s livelihoods, technology adoption, stakeholder management, and community development.
She started her career with Capgemini India, where she worked on data-driven projects focused on business intelligence, reporting, and performance analytics. She brings experience in data analytics, reporting, and technology, which complements her work in development and community-focused initiatives.
At SAILi, her work includes leading a pilot promoting solar dryer technology among women farmers in Lucknow and Unnao, with a focus on reducing post-harvest losses, enabling value addition, creating market linkages, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
She has participated in the Grassroots Leadership Development Camp by Sewa International, gaining exposure to grassroots leadership, community engagement, and community-led development approaches. She is also a member of the Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET) and Women in Technology, reflecting her interest in women’s leadership, technology, sustainability, and inclusive development.
With experience spanning technology, grassroots implementation, climate adaptation, stakeholder management, and community engagement, Aishwarya is committed to contributing to practical and inclusive solutions that strengthen livelihoods, empower women, and build resilient communities.
