Development Professional
Manoj Kumar is a dedicated development professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya, Satna (M.P.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He also holds a certification in Hardware & Networking from Jetking, Kanpur.
With over a decade of experience in rural development and livelihood promotion, Manoj has served in key roles across reputed institutions.
Previously, he worked with Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (Jhansi), holding additional charge of farm livelihoods. He worked with Rajiv Gandhi Mahila Vikas Pariyojana, where he contributed to women empowerment and community development.
He also served as a Master Trainer under the Atal Bhujal Yojana, focusing on groundwater conservation and sustainable water resource management.
